Job Description

Warehouse Lead Operator will involve working in shifts (day and night shifts), responsible for training and provides maximum support mainly to the production in order to ensure the fulfillment of the planned goals while simultaneously complying with the principles of quality and work safety.

Core Responsibilities/ Mô tả công việc:

• LJT (Local Job Trainer) – trains newcomers / Đào tạo nhân viên mới

• Leads entrusted section in operations manner within logistic /Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý nhóm trong các hoạt động vận hành kho.

• Proactively communicate with stakeholders to solve/report any issue /Chủ động liên hệ với các bên liên quan để giải quyết/báo cáo khi có bất kỳ vấn đề nào xảy ra .

• Ensure a smooth flow of production and non-production material across the factory based on the demand and needs / Đảm bảo tiến trình xuất nguyên vật liệu diễn ra đúng tiến độ dựa trên nhu cầu và yêu cầu của các bộ phận khác trong nhà máy.

• Drives forklifts of different kind, including Very Narrow Aisle truck/ Lái xe nâng các loại, bao gồm xe nâng kệ.

• Unloading and loading goods / Bốc dỡ và xếp hàng hóa vào kho .

• Receipt and issue of material to and from WH, including returns / Nhận và xuất nguyên vật liệu ra/vào kho .

• Revise processes and process documentation in close collaboration with TC, GJT/FAMT – Training organization / Phối hợp chặt chẽ với TC, GJT/FAMT (Tổ chức đào tạo) để xem xét quy trình và tài liệu liên quan đến quy trình .

• Suggests process improvements / Đề xuất cải tiến quy trình .

• Understands and uses Warehouse Management System (COMBI) as a base of all material movements thru scanners or PC / Hiểu và sử dụng Hệ thống Quản lý Kho (COMBI), hệ thống này được sử dụng cho tất các hoạt động nhập/ xuất nguyên vật liệu qua máy scan hoặc máy tính.

• He/She fully complies with all safety regulations, especially when it comes to driving a forklift / Tuân thủ chặt chẽ các quy định an toàn, đặc biệt khi lái xe nâng .

• Comply with work procedures, order in the workplace and all safety and hygiene rules / Tuân thủ quy trình làm việc, trật tự trong nơi làm việc và tất cả các quy tắc an toàn & vệ sinh.

• Is responsible for entrusted handling equipment, work tools and other company property in the entrusted section / Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý thiết bị kho và các tài sản khác trong bộ phận kho.

• Report logistic situation/non-compliance cases to the leader in time / Báo cáo kịp thời cho quản lý về tình hình kho/các trường hợp không tuân thủ .

• Complete other tasks assigned by the superior / Hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ khác được giao.

• Comply with 5S / Tuân thủ 5S.

Do you have what it takes/ Yêu cầu công việc:

• High school/ Tốt nghiệp cấp 3 trở lên.

• Experience in WH min. 1 year/ Kinh nghiệm làm việc ở Kho ít nhất 1 năm.

• Forklift driving license and experience/ Có kinh nghiệm và có bằng lái xe nâng.

• Is not afraid of heights/ Không sợ độ cao.

• Ability to teach others / Có khả năng đào tạo cho nhân viên khác.

• Good communication skills / Khả năng giao tiếp tốt.

• Positive attitude/ Thái độ tích cực.

• Good collaboration and teamwork/ Hợp tác và làm việc nhóm tốt.

• Willingness and ability to learn new things/ Sẵn sàng và có khả năng học hỏi kiến thức mới.

• Active and proactive approach/ Chủ động tiếp cận vấn đề.

• Ability to recognize and report a problem / Có khả năng nhận biết và báo cáo vấn đề.

• Flexibility, ability to adapt and accept changes/ Linh hoạt, có khả năng thích nghi và chấp nhận thay đổi.

• Stress resistance/ Khả năng chịu được áp lực.

• Experience with teaching others/ Có kinh nghiệm đào tạo.

• Working in SAP/ Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng hệ thống SAP.
