Mô tả công việc:

(Mức lương: 6 - 7 triệu VNĐ)
  • Quản lý, điều hành hoạt động sản xuất
  • Giải quyết sự cố, tình huống phát sinh
  • Báo cáo nhu cầu tuyển dụng nhân sự phục vụ công việc của tổ sản xuất cho bộ phận nhân sự.
  • Phối hợp với bộ phận liên quan tuyển chọn nhân viên đáp ứng được yêu cầu công việc.
- Tổ chức huấn luyện quy trình, tiêu chuẩn làm việc cho nhân viên mới; bồi dưỡng, nâng cao tay nghề - trình độ cho công nhân.
  • Quản lý công cụ, trang thiết bị trong tổ sản xuất
  • Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu quản lý bộ phận

Chức vụ: Trưởng Nhóm/Trưởng Phòng

Hình thức làm việc: Toàn thời gian
